Medical Chris Evans

Mission: Awakening
Location: Sickbay

Chris had been quite busy so far this day. So busy he completely forgot his check up with the sickbay staff and was running about 6 minuets late. He hated to be late and as he entered sickbay he approached a nurse and gave a smile "I'm looking for the doc."

The young nurse smiled shyly at Chris and replied "Doctor T'eseri, is in her office." The young woman nodded her head slightly in the direction of the CMO's office.

"Thanks" he said with a wink and started off toward the CMO's office. As he approached he adjusted his uniform and spoke politely "Excuse me Doctor T'eseri" he was hoping she didn't rip him a new one for being late.

Looking up from her desk, Sara turned to the new arrival who was now standing in her doorway, "yes? Can I help you Lieutenant Commander?" She asked, not knowing who this man was.

"Christopher Evans" he said with a smile. "Ship's new Operations Officer" he paused for a second and realized he should tell her why he was there "I think I'm due for my physical."

Slightly confused for a moment, Sara checked her records. She hadn't heard of a new officer, but than again she hadn't had a great deal of time to keep up to date with such things, "ah of course, Here we are Commander. If you'll follow me, we can have this done quickly for you" she said, as she walked back out into sickbay.

After a moment, she stopped beside an empty biobed and waited for Commander Evans.

Chris made his way to the bio bed and hopped onto one with a smile. He thought he might as well try and make this pleasant as most folks hated going to sick bay. "Thank you doctor" he said still wearing a smile "Nice sickbay you got here" he was trying to make light of the moment.

Sara nodded as she started her scans, "that it is, the Sovereign class is well designed, though I have made a few improvements of my own"

"Oh do tell?" he asked as he tried to watch the medical tricorder.

"Nothing overly interesting. I've just brought a few Nissari Medicines with me" Sara answered, finishing up her scans, "well Commander, unfortunately you're completely healthy. What a pity, I was looking forward to operating on you" she said, putting the tricorder away

"Operating?" he asked. "Nissari meds are superior to Starfleet?" he asked again, full of questions.

"Oh I'm sorry, that was just me attempt at humour" Sara answered before continuing,"as for Nissari Medicine, yes we de seem to have some that are more efficient and effective than what Starfleet currently has"

"Well" Chris said as he made his way off the bio bed "I'll try to stay out of sickbay, but I'm glad I know I'm in good hands" he had a smile on his face.
