Physical Checkup

Mission: Now Boarding.......
Location: Sickbay
Timeline: After meeting the captain and before going to ten forward

=^= Sickbay to all decks and divisions. All personnel that still need to check-in to the CMO for the physical, and turn in there medical records to the CMO do so ASAP. That is all Dr Riattan out!" =^= as he tapped the channel closed.

"Well, Aladdin. Time to go do this thing" Mickey said as he and Acting Ensign Aladdin the Black Labrador went to sickbay to go take a physical but in the moment of it Aladdin looked up at Mickey with he looking down at him and laughed.

"I tell you what boy. When the doc sees you, i know he's going to be like wondering how did a dog become an acting ensign." Mickey said as the two arrived in sickbay from the other door.

"Lieutenant McClane and Ensign Aladdin reporting for our physical Doc!" Mickey said as he noticed no one here in the sickbay he shouted to see if anyone was there from the call.

"Well... Hello there you two!" he said with a small bit of a surprise in his voice. "Please have a seat Lieutenant and Ensign?" As he motioned over to the main bio bed. "take a seat and relax."

Aladdin walked over and offered his paw to the doctor.

"nice to meet you Ensign Aladdin!"Antos said with a smile.

As Mickey sat down he waited for Aladdin as he went in first for his checkup.

"Careful with him doctor." Mickey smiled at him

"Always do Lieutenant!" He said with a simple smile as he calmly and carefully scanned the k9. As the scans populated on the master display. "Health and strong. Awesome." He said with a smile as he petted Aladdin. "Your turn Lieutenant McClane." Antos said with a smile as he pointed to a place next to Aladdin. "I promise its not painful! " He said kindly to the Lieutenant.

"Are you sure about that doctor?" Mickey laughed out loud as he handed the padd to him of his medical condition and laid on the biobed with Aladdin waiting in the door way of the doctor's office.

Ensign Aladdin, just smiled and stood there knowing that the adventure would be different and is looking forward to meeting the entire crew.

"Absolutely!" as he followed the laugh. "unless your into pain? Lieutenant?" He said as he started to scan him from toe to head and back down to the toes. As the information from his scan populated on the master display. He compared the medical records with the current scan. "All looks good Lieutenant." Please sit up." he said with a smile. "Everything I need to be worried about?" he asked the lieutenant quickly.

"No, other then the fact of my accident which it slowed down my aging process i am quite well." Mickey smiled at him as he sat up then he said this to him. "You know what doc, for the first time in a long time i feel like i found a home." Mickey smiled

"I try to make everyone feel welcome!" he said with a smile. "and making friends in the process is always a plus." he looked over at his file again and back to him. "Your one interesting young man lieutenant. How did the accident happen if you don't mind me asking?"

"Along time ago, in a battle at galodon core. We were ambushed by Romulans and my ship was destroyed by warp-core breach a short story doc." Mickey didn't want to relive the moment again.

"I am sorry Lieutenant I did not mean to bring up bad feelings. My curiosity got the best of me. especially the fact you have a slower aging rate then the rest of us." He said feeling bad for making him relive bad feelings. "It was an honor to meet you both. Again I am sorry." Antos said with a straight face,

"Doctor, you haven't done anything to offend me at all. Besides doc, i would let you know but nothing you did wrong. So no hard feelings" Mickey offered his hand to the doc

The doctor started to smile. "I am glad all is good between us." He looked at the door moment then turned back to him. "I better not keep you I know you have plenty to do before we leave." He said sincerely to both him and the k9.

"Thank you, Doctor." Mickey and Aladdin nodded and left on the way for adventure.
